1. Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2026
This is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by a 2-year skills training programme, designed to develop future leaders. Graduates will receive mentorship, on-the-job training, and a full salary with employee benefits. After the programme, successful candidates will transition into permanent roles, with the potential to explore international assignments.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen (by birth/naturalization) or permanent resident.
- Graduates from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for respective markets.
- 26 years or younger
- 0–2 years working experience post-studies
- Minimum 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results
- Must have at least a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) – NQF 7
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) is accepted only in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
2. Vodacom Internship Programme 2026
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that provides structured workplace experience and training. The internship serves as a pipeline into Vodacom’s Discover Graduate Programme or other permanent roles.

- South African citizen (by birth)
- 26 years or younger
- 0–1 year working experience post-studies
- Minimum 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results
- Must hold at least a B-degree (BCom, BSc, BTech) – NQF 7
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) is accepted only in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
