Internship Overview

Scania is proud to launch its 2026 Graduate Internship Programme, offering aspiring young professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical exposure across four key business areas: Finance, Procurement, Assurance, and Marketing. This structured programme is designed to give graduates real workplace experience, supporting the day-to-day operations of their department while working closely with and assisting managers on a variety of tasks.

Overview: The Finance graduate will support day-to-day finance functions, gaining exposure to core accounting operations and administrative processes within the department.

Qualifications: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Key Responsibilities: Daily banking. Vendor parking of invoices. Debtors and creditors age analysis. Cashbook, accounts receivable and accounts payable support. Reconciliations. Filing and completion of bank forms, and general administration

Procurement Graduate Intern

Overview: The Procurement graduate will be exposed to the day-to-day operations of the procurement function, assisting the department manager with smaller, lower-responsibility tasks while learning how sourcing, ordering, and supplier administration   in practice.

Assurance Graduate Intern

Overview: The Assurance graduate will support the day-to-day operations of the department, assisting the manager with smaller, lower-responsibility tasks and general administrative work related to governance, risk, and assurance processes.

Qualifications: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Overview:  The Marketing graduate will support the day-to-day operations of the department, assisting the manager with smaller, lower-responsibility tasks across campaigns, content, and general marketing administration.

Qualifications: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.
