| Duties & Responsibilities | Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.Ensure dining, kitchen, and service areas are kept clean and hygienic.Wash dishes, utensils, and catering equipment as required.Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock according to company procedures.Support cash handling and point-of-sale activities where applicable.Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.Assist with setting up and clearing dining and serving areas.Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.Perform any additional duties required to support catering operations. |

| Qualifications | Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric).Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, cleaning, or customer service will be advantageous.Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. |
