About the Bidvest Learnership Programme
Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering a 12-month learnership programme aimed specifically at African females living with disabilities.
This programme provides learners with both theoretical training and practical workplace experience in the freight and logistics industry. The qualification is registered with the QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations), ensuring it is nationally recognised.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be available full-time for 12 months
- Must have a strong interest in transport and logistics
- Must be an African female living with a disability
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the 12-month learnership programme
- Complete both theoretical and practical training components
- Work across 3 divisions within the company
- Complete modules on the BIL eLearning platform
- Submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion
