Requirements
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Relevant ICT qualification at NQF 6 level
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support
- Fluency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
- Valid Code B driver’s license
Technical Knowledge and Competence
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
- Understanding of ICT policies and procedures
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, networking, Active Directory, Windows Server (2019–2022), Office 365, and Azure
Skills Required

Duties and Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in various ICT support activities, including:
- Hardware and Software Maintenance
- Installing and configuring equipment
- Testing units and monitoring live environments

- Addressing IP conflicts, LAN/WAN problems, and ensuring network reliability
- System and Network Administration
- Managing Active Directory and Office 365
- Assisting with network installations and wireless setup
