- Key Duties: Operating heavy machinery, vehicle maintenance, reporting defects, transporting materials and work teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Road Worker

- Salary: R155,148 per annum (Level 03)
- Key Duties: Road construction, maintenance, surfacing, pothole patching, culvert installation, road sign erection, and cleaning.
- Regions: Multiple positions available across the Ladysmith, Durban, Stanger, Pietermaritzburg, and Empangeni regions.
- Tradesman Aid
- Total Posts: 49
- Salary: R155,148 per annum (Level 03)
- Key Duties: Assisting in the maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and vehicles, ensuring safety standards are met, and keeping records of work performed.

Key Requirements
- For Driver Operator Posts:
- Grade 10 certificate or equivalent (NQF level 2)
- A valid Code EC Driver’s License with PrDP
- 5+ years’ experience operating specialized equipment
- Good eyesight and communication skills
- For Road Worker Posts:
- NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge and skills in road maintenance and construction
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- For Tradesman Aid Posts:
- Grade 10 certificate
- Minimum 6 months of trade-related experience
- Ability to use electrical and hand tools safely
