These learnerships include both theoretical and practical training to help young people kick-start professional careers in engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have one of the following:

• Grade 12, or
• N3 with Trade Theory (relevant engineering field)

• No criminal record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good timekeeping
• Strong motivation to learn
• Commitment to self-training and development

Learnership Key Performance Areas

Learners will be required to:

• Attend theoretical classes as scheduled

• Adhere to company rules and regulations at all times
